In the wonderful setting of Deià, nestled in the Tramuntana Mountain Range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Petit Deià development is being designed and constructed – the realisation of a dream.
Strolling through Deià means walking through small cobbled streets, admiring the old stone houses, each different from the next, with their coloured shutters which, along with its fruit trees, palm trees, cypress trees and narrow streets, create one of the most scenic spots in Mallorca, basking in the charms of the island’s traditional architecture. The town’s steep streets from Es Clot to El Puig date back to the Middle Ages, when Mallorca was under Islamic rule.
Unique built using traditional Mallorcan techniques and materials.
With a carefully planned interior, every home has its own special character. Living rooms with a fireplace to create a welcoming atmosphere, gardens and terraces to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends, and warm, comfortable bedrooms in which to relax as a couple. Every corner is designed with the owner’s wellbeing in mind.
